Firing a gun releases adrenaline and in order to have the best result possible in complete safety, its control is always necessary and acquired through a lot of practise.
Absolute concentration on the instructor both mentally and physically during training.
At training we aren’t thinking of anything that keeps us preoccupied.
Patience and obedience to our instructor, as in order to understand a new habit (firearm use) our brain needs at least 21 days.
We are as relaxed as possible during training.
